End to End Cycle of Skill Connect Program –
1.Students who have adequate knowledge of technology Primitives in relation to the application aimed to be developed, may skip Phase I
2.Phase II and III are mandatory to achieve the outcomes of the kind mentioned earlier.
This program is based on the following idea
“All applications are largely an ensemble of a few requirement slices or patterns. Internalizing these by doing and measuring up to defined evaluation and metrics, is the key to recall and reuse. For every kind of application, a unique set of these Patterns are used multiple times and assembled together in specified sequences to deliver those experiments.
For instance, every web application built on the MVC framework is built using these patterns or unique slices. A student who acquires the ability to deliver these patterns and internalize them by delivering them correctly and with speed will remember them and be able to recall them at will. Ability to remember, recall and work with confidence are critical to sustained competence and is a guarantee that he/she will be able to deliver the outcomes technically and do it with motivation and confidence.
Skill Connect Programs are based on this pedagogy and build make students more employable.
The assurance comes from the student being able to build these patterns as relevant to what he delivers, is ensured by the two important metrics that the model uses as proof acquiring self-confidence. These metrics are Quality of what is delivered and the speed of delivery. These enable the students Learning to be effective and meet the Kirkpatricks model of Training Effectiveness to level 1 to Level 4.

Multiple Plans Options of Online Skill Connect
Student or Job Readiness Program– This is usually for those who know the Technology and need not learn it again- such as those in the 7th or 8th Semester who are expected to go for interviews and need to get ready to demonstrate their capability with confidence.
Upgrade Version –This Program is identical to the Student Readiness Program and is intended for those in Jobs who want to work on different technologies and will keep them abreast with the students
Based on your need, your skill levels and other factors, the student may choose a suitable Plan.
The Student Readiness Program is focused on building relevant competence in students in the Final Year and make them ready to take on Internships immediately after graduation
Who can join
Any IEEE Student Branch Member from any Stream of Engineering from any college is eligible. Program is aligned to the college calendar.
Students who join the program in the 4th / 6th Semester work in suitable interval periods or weekends and acquire the extra knowledge needed for chosen streams and Industry. Periodic interactions, hands on working on live systems enable them to acquire the ability to deliver applications or work that related industry looks for. This detail is available for each program updated periodically.
Willingness to continue till the end is a’ key Eligibility’ and we look for commitment from you on this.
